Eligibility criteria for appearing for LDCE for promotion to the cadre of Sr.postmaster (Gazetted)

Hon'ble CAT Hyderabad Bench has delivered judgment in the following OAs on 13.11.2013 in favour of applicants.

In its judgement, CAT make it clear that the applicants and the persons similarly placed to the applicants, who are holding the post of ASPOs, shall be allowed to compete in the LDCE for promotion to the post of Sr. Postmasters as and when the recruitment take place, subject to other conditions of eligibility being satisfied.
