Grant of GP Rs. 5400- to those officers who have completed 4 years of service in the GP Rs. 4800 - Update of CAT case

It is learnt that CAT case no. 296/2014 filed in Hyderabad CAT for grant of GP Rs. 5400- to those officers who have completed 4 years of service in the GP Rs. 4800-, the Dept has asked 60 days more time to submit reply statement.  Mean while it is ascertained that the Dept of posts has referred the matter to the Ministry of Finance with recommendations in favour of granting GP Rs. 5400/-.
