Andhra Pradesh Postal Circle Philately exhibition Appex 2014 concluded on a grand note on saturday with giving away prizes and Medals to winners of stamp collection competitions.Vjiayawada MP SriKesineni Srinivas (Nani) gave away more than 80 medals to the winners on Saturday.
