Bi-Monthly/Four Monthly Meetings

Minutes of Bi-Monthly meeting held on 31.3.08 with PMG, Hyderabad:

1. Request for supply of executive chair, table and visitor chairs-4 to all Sub Divisional Offices.

Reply: No proposal was received from any Division in this regard. However, the concerned SDH can get the required furniture from the SPOs. The Divl. Heads will be addressed to supply the same to genuinely needy offices in a phased manner.

2. Request for supply of Emergency lights to all SDH, since the SDHs attend the office work after 6.00 PM after completing their inspection work/BD activities.

Reply: No proposal was received from any Division in this regard. However, the concerned SDH can get it through his DO, if it is essential. The Divl Heads will be addressed to supply the same to genuinely needy offices in a phased manner.

All members of Hyd Region are requested to send their requirements to concerned SPOs.

All ASP(Hqrs) are requested to browse the website and take print outs of latest information and send it to our members regularly.
