AP Circle branch of all India Association of IP/ASP, with the consent of CHQ, has filed OA before hon'ble CAT Hyderabad Bench on not allowing ASPs to take the Sr postmaster Examination.The OA will come for listing on 19-12-2011,Monday.

In respect of OA filed by VijayaGopal ASP CO and Srinivasulu ASP(Hq) Kurnool in individual capacity, CAT ordered to allow both the applicants to take the examination and keep the result in sealed cover till further orders.
