PLI Directorate vide notification no 25-3/2003-LI dated 17.01.2012 has revised the maximum sum assured from Rs 10 lacks to 20 Lacks in respect of PLI and from Rs 3 Lacks to 5 Lacks in respect of RPLI with effect from the date of issue of notification.

At the same time bonus rate is reduced. As a Govt. employee taking 20 lac max is very difficult. Rather than increasing limit applicable to Private Organisations is better. wheher PH limit increased or not, whether YS and CWL limt increased or not ?
