The central JCA decided to call off the Proposed indefinite Strike from 17.01.2012 based on the assurance given by Secretary,Department of Posts to arrange meeting with Minister of State for Communication & IT shortly on major unsolved issues.

let the government gothrough the reforms and bring charm to department. central jca is requested not to fool and decive the employees. future of the gds agents will be better if the department becoms corporation who will eliminate the unnecessary expenditure and posts. department is in need of business managemant theory but not white elephants!
Department knows the attitude of the employees and union leaders, hence they are playing with the union leaders and the leaders dancing with the tune of administration. union leaders making members fools, as and when they want tehy are deciding the strike date and withdrwaing the strike last minute without any fruitfull results. I request all the members to first we have to give a councilling to our leaders.
