Supply of ACR/APARs to retired officers of Central Civil Services/Posts

It has been clarified by Department of Personnel &Training vide its OM no 21011/1/2005-Estt(A) dated 02.04.2012 that CR/APAR Dossier may be provided to the Retired officers after completion of the retention period of 2 years, if aspecific request from the concerned  retired officer is received to supply his CR/APAR Dossier.
