It was informed by G.S of IP/ASP association that CRs / ACRs from following 14 Circles are not received at Postal Directorate to convene the DPC for PS Gr. B.
Assam, Andhar Pradesh, Bihar, Gujrat, J&K, Kerala, Madha Pradesh, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Orissa, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh.
In respect of Andhra Pradesh Circle, CRs/ACRs of the officers working in Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam regions have been received at Circle office. Reports from R.O Hyderabad and Kurnool are yet to be received at Circle office. IP/ASPs working at Hyderabad and Kurnool regions are requested to take interest and do the needful for immediate submission of the CRs/ACRs to Circle office.

It is learnt that some of the CRs which are under zone of consideration contains below bench mark level while working as ASPs in 2008 and later. In view of the latest instructions on the subject all such need to be reviewed and a committee to be constituted for upgrading the CRs etc., Its a long process since majority of the reviewing officers etc., retired and transferred. It may take a long time.
