CAT case for upgradation of GP of IPs - An update

CAT case No. 289/13 at Ernakulam Bench was listed for filing rejoinder before divisional bench on 26/9/2013. But it was told that there was no division bench on that day. There is possibility of Divisional Bench on 30/9/2013 and 1/10/2013.
