All the three
OAs filed at Hyderabad Bench are admitted on 13.11.2013 with a
direction "in the circumstances make it clear that the applicants
and personnel are similarly placed persons i.e. holding post of ASPOs
shall be allowed to compete for LDCE for post of Sr. PM as and when
recruitment take places, subject to the conditions of eligibility".
