CAT case for upgradation of GP of IPs at Ernakulam Bench - An update

OA No. 289/13 on upgradation of IP grade pay issue  came up before  the Hon'ble CAT Ernakulam Bench today for disposal / orders. Considering the submission of our Counsel, the case has been adjourned for filing rejoinder. We have already forwarded the draft rejoinder to Counsel for preparation of final draft and submission. It is told that rejoinder is likely to be filed by next week. Date of posting of case will be intimated later.
