Secretary (Posts) has directed that every officer of the rank of CPMG, PMG, DPS, Divisional Heads and Sub-Divislonal heads should pay a visit at least one HO/SO and one BO every week and issue the visit rermarks. To carry out such visits, one standard questionnaire has been prescribed vide Directorate memo no 11-Misc/2014-Inspn. dated 30/7/2014.
