Vijayawada Postal Region has organized "Regional Excellence Awards" presentation function at Haailand Guntur Dist to felicitate best performers among the postal employees working in Vijayawada Postal region during the year 2013-14. Awards have been announced to 137 best performers in 8 fields of postal operation like Business Development, PLI /RPLI premia collection, Opening of new SB accounts, AEPS, MNOP, Technology implementation, Clean & Green PO etc.
Dr V.Chandrasekharrao, Addl Divisional Rly Manger, Guntur has attended the function as Chief guest and gave away awards to the winners. Sri M.Sampath, PMG Vijayawada has presided over the function. Sri K.Somasundaram, DPS Vijayawada also present on the occasion.
Sri A.Seshagirirao, Chief Postmaster Hyd GPO has bagged the " Allround Champion" award for his best performance in all fields of PO operations while working as SSP Bhimavaram Dn.
