Directorate has decided that the official/ officer who has refused/declined
'regular' promotion to PS Group ,B, cadre or to JTS of lPoS, Group-A and has
consequently been debarred from promotion for one year, shall not be appointed/
promoted to the next higher grade on ad-hoc basis as well during the currency of debarment.
