The Heads of Circle Conference of the Department of Posts was held at Gurgaon on 21st & 22nd May, 2015 to set the agenda of the Department in terms of targets, focus areas, challenges and strategies. The valedictory session was presided over by Hon’ble Minister of Communication & IT, Shri Ravi Shankar Prasad on 22nd May, 2015. He emphasized on capacity building, network upgradation and technology integration for leveraging of vast postal network for e-Commerce, Post Office Saving Bank services etc.
