Identification/Reidentification of Post master Grade I,II & III Post offices

It was communicated by Postal Directorate vide letter no 25-18/2015-PE-I dated 16.10.2015 that the proposals for re-identification of Postmaster grade POs will be considered in exceptional cases only. 
Copy of said Directorate order is reproduced below.
