Sir, para I of the circular needs clarification on the allowance payable to the substitutes. There are differentT R C A slabs in a post held by GDSaccording the work load of that post. It needs clarification whether the allowance payable to the substitute is based on the minimum of TRCA of the slab held by the GDS who went on leave ,as the substitute has to perform the work load of that post?
