It was ordered vide Directorate memo no 1-26/2016-SPG dated 31.08.2016 that the charge of Secretary, Postal Services Board will be held by Shri N. Vinod Kumar (lPos-l994), DDG(PMU) Postal Directorate in addition to his own duties with immediate effect.
